Restrictions

3. Intellectual Property

All content in wordplay, including but not limited to puzzles, clues, answers, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of wordplay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The cryptic crossword puzzles are original creations. You may share your solving experience but may not reproduce or distribute the puzzle content itself without permission.

4. User Content

When you share your puzzle results or achievements, you grant wordplay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for promotional purposes, always respecting your privacy and without identifying you personally unless you've given explicit permission.

5. App Updates and Changes

We may update the App periodically to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

6. Premium Features

Some features may require in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Premium features are tied to your device and may not transfer between platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
